Surveys are being done through backerkit, so this means they will not be done directly from your Kickstarter account.
Please check your email and spam folder associated with Kickstarter.
If you still can’t find it, got to the link below and enter the email address you have linked to Kickstarter.
Backerkit helps with organizing backer info and give people more flexibility in preordering and adding additional items to their order.

Hey Backers!!
First off, thank you all for your patience while I am using BackerKit for the first time. I think it will be a very useful tool! Also, if you know anyone you might still be interested in getting a copy of either of the Supercats books, you can now pre-oder them through BackerKit as well, though there are a few Kickstarter Exclusive items that are no longer available.

Please make sure you fill out your surveys as soon as possible, and be sure to check out all of the great add-ons we've made available. Now's your chance to grab anything you missed during the campaign and add other books, pins, and stickers.
I also have some great news! Even though we didn't hit the final stretch goal, we will very likely be adding the 2-page spread into the end of the book!!

Hello again backers! I just wanted to let you know that surveys have not gone out yet. The reason for the slight delay is that I’m waiting for PayPal to transfer money into my account.
Everything is ready to go, so as soon at the money appears, I will be hitting the button to send them out!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from me with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before I close the surveys and get the final counts.
I have already added in all of the add-ons that people purchased during the campaign, but I have made many other books and items from the Village Comics available on BackerKit for this campaign.
Thanks again for all of your love a support. I means so much that you still supported a book like this in such a difficult time.

Thank you all again for supporting Supercats Halloween.
Now we wait for money to come through from Kickstarter. We'll do as much production as we can until then.
If you would please check and make sure you pyment method did in fact go through, that will help us speed up the process. Kickstarter I believe give you all a week or so to correct your payment info before errored pledges are dropped.
We didn't quite make it to the $4,500 to unlock the 2-page spread that I wanted, but I am going to crunch the numbers once the payment comes through and see if we can still add it. It would most likely require all errored pledges to be corrected and paid, but I think we might still be able to add it.
Thank you thank you for your love for this series. There will be more, and I can't wait for you all to see this book!!
